Peppermint Chocolate Covered Marshmallows Pops

The Paper Forest

Pops of chocolate-covered peppermint marshmallows. In our home, chocolate-covered marshmallows are a perennial favorite. These Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Pops are incredibly simple to create, which you will enjoy.

You will adore them if you adore Disney's peppermint marshmallows! My kids never fail to request the peppermint marshmallow sticks whenever we visit Disneyland around the holidays.

Although the Disney peppermint marshmallows have a bit of Disney magic, the best part is that you do not have to visit Disneyland to purchase them. They are one of my favorite homemade Christmas treats since they are so simple to create.

These holiday marshmallows are one of the attractions at Disneyland, but the amazing part is that you can make them at home and they taste just as good.

The marshmallows you create at home are just as wonderful, albeit perhaps not quite as magical as we all know that Disney marshmallows have a particular charm!

Put your candy canes in a zip-top freezer bag. Smash the candy into little bits with a rolling pin or meat mallet. As directed on the packaging, melt the chocolate candy melts in a double boiler or microwave until completely melted.

Each stick should have three marshmallows on it. Then, turn the marshmallows to completely cover them before dipping them into the melted candy.

To remove any extra chocolate, tap the stick on the rim of the container. Put them on a silicone mat or parchment paper-lined sheet pan.

Over the chocolate, scatter the candy cane piece. To help the chocolate set, place the marshmallows in the refrigerator for ten minutes.
